Hi Guys,
After using FlashCache for many years, we've been working on some caching
software specifically
for running Virtual Machines off an SSD based cache, but with the back-end
storage on a remote
network server.
The network comms support LFU cache, RAID10, recovery/sync etc etc .. and
the backend supports sparse
storage, compression, TRIM etc etc .. (let's put it this way, the software
was inspired by FC, but
with added, "I wish it could.... " from KVM users ...)
Anyway, it's free software but we need some testers .. if there's anyone
out there using FlashCache
with KVM with a little time on their hands we'd love to hear from you ..
